Writing - Cinder & Stone, Surfer's Journal 22.6, '13/'14

This article was a blast to write. It's a profile about a good friend and professional surfer George Popovick, who since retiring to Baja has become quite the tile mosaic artist. Adorning his house with incredible displays, creating hanging wall panels, and doing projects for local residents. Getting photos and words published in Surfer's Journal was a true honor both for his craftsmanship and for me as a writer.
